Terms of Business

The trade name “Carlo Scevola & Partners” (CS&P) means the multi-jurisdictional marketing insignia of an international group of companies offering international tax planning, asset protection, immigration assistance, second passports and second citizenship, company and trust formation and related services. Member companies are independent of one another and have no authority, with regard to any other group member, to represent, bind or act directly or indirectly as a statutory, managing or general agent, representative or attorney, for any purpose whatsoever, nor to be based in any jurisdiction outside that in which they are incorporated.

This Site is not directed to any person in any jurisdiction where (by reason of that person’s nationality, residence or otherwise) the publication or availability of this Site is prohibited. Persons in respect of whom such prohibitions apply must not access this Site. In particular, some of the contents of this Site are reserved exclusively for non-US Persons and should not be accessed by any person in the United States. The financial services offered on the website are not directed at UK persons.

Prospective investors should consult their own professional advisers on the tax implications of making an investment in, disposing of any of the services of CS&P and the receipt of distributions with respect to such services.

Frauds warning

CS&P, its associates and employees do not send unsolicited emails. CS&P do not have any emails on any other domain beside carloscevola.com and cs-p.com. Emails claiming to come from Carlo Scevola & Partners and are not from domain carloscevola.com or cs-p.com are not from us and if sent in our name are scams. If you receive any such emails please discard them and do not answer to the sender. We do not hold any money from any lottery, inheritance, government funds  or anything like this.
